Our school is available to all nationalities of children aged from walkers-14 years, Little Learners – Year 9. Little Learners: Walkers – 2 years attend two-hourly sessions two mornings per week.

In Nursery and Kindergarten, we provide flexible attendance times, and our youngest children may attend for a minimum of three sessions per week, increasing these as required. Any changes to attendance days or times are subject to consultation with the class teacher and the availability of places.

Enrolling your child at Samakee

The first step is to complete the enrolment form as given below and return it by email, post or in person.

We also need to have:

• Photocopy of Parents and Child’s Passport and visas and or house registration
• Photocopies of Child’s Birth Certificate
• 2 passport size photographs not older than six months
• Official transcript or report cards for two years before current grade/year group translated into English
• Educational assessment or specialist reports (where applicable) these can also be scanned and sent to us.

The second step in the enrolment/induction process is to invite you to visit the school, tour our facilities and meet with senior staff. Our Office Manager can arrange this appointment via email or phone call for a mutually agreeable time. The office is open during regular office hours.

Thirdly we will schedule a meeting and ‘taster day’ for your child/children. A ‘taster day’ is an opportunity for your child to spend time in school, meet new friends and teachers as well as an opportunity for both child and parent to see the school in action. 

Lastly, we will assign your child to a class and meet with you again to clarify any further details. During the induction process, there will be an opportunity to meet with the headteacher to talk about your child and the school.

Once your application is approved, we will invoice you for the enrolment fee and first term’s fees. We will then be able to put all the plans in place to ensure a smooth and happy transition into our school.
